Beautifully simple, this lovely heart standing spray of white carnations, decorated with a satin ribbon of your choosing with a personalized script, is a lovely way to express your sympathy. Assorted greenery, such as salal and variegated pittosporum, beautifully accent the elegant, 5-6 foot tall spray. You also have the option to change the colors to one or a mix of colors of your choosing if desired. Please note that some substitutions may need to be implemented, but we will do our best to come as close as possible to the picture as shown.
